Abdulrahman AlFadhel

Former Riyadh Refinery Manager

Mr. Abdulrahman AlFadhel has served Saudi Aramco for 40 years. He has extensive experience in working with all departments of refineries such as operation, maintenance, engineering and planning. He held the position of Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery Manager for 10 years. He worked at the Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery for 7 years. Mr. Al-Fadhel is a certified Life Coach, (certified by International Coaching Federation). He is a consultant member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and a member of the American Society of Chemical Engineers.

He is the Vice Chairman of the Professional Accreditation Committee of the Saudi Society of Engineers. He is the member of the Advisory Board, College of Engineering, King Saud University and a member of the advisory board of the Chemical Engineering college at King Saud University. Mr. Al-Fadhel has attended more than fifty courses and conferences in America, Europe and Japan.

He was also Chairman of the Board of YANSAB, SABIC Capital in Netherland,SAUDI KAYAN, SABIC Captive Insurance Limited in UK and Alinma InvestmentCo. Mohamed Elsayed is a seasoned Maintenance Planning General Manager atETHYDCO, a leading company in ethylene and polyethylene production, with aproven record of driving reliability and maintenance engineering excellence andestablishing robust RAM programs. He holds an Executive Master of BusinessAdministration from Georgia University and brings extensive experience acrossthe oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.

Mohamed Elsayed incorporates modern maintenance management capabilities,including the development and optimization of maintenance strategies such asRCM, RBI, TPM, and spare parts optimization. He has strong expertise in assetmanagement systems implementation, as well as shutdown and turnaroundmanagement. Mohamed is also a recognized speaker at global conferencesacross the Middle East, Europe, and North America, and is a Certified LeadAuditor (IRCA) and Certified Reliability Leader.
