engineering activities and establishing RAM programs. This also includes Asset management systems and Project manager with maintenance strategies and
an expert in Turnaround & Shutdown Management. Mr. Mohamed Elsayed is also a certified Reliability Leader CRL from Asset Management Professionals

David Ribeiro
David currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for KBR’s Technology Led Industrial Solutions business. In his current role, David is responsible for driving business growth and customer engagement for KBR globally. Additionally, he serves as the General Manager for KBR Arabia Limited and as KBR’s global account manager for various Middle Eastern National Oil Companies (NOC’s). With approximately 20 years’ diverse experience in the upstream, downstream and power sectors, David has worked in a variety of engineering, project management and sales roles for leading international blue-chip Engineering Contractors before joining KBR in 2013.
David holds a BTech. Mech Engineering and MBA in Risk Management and is based in Dubai, UAE

Mohd Nazmi bin Mohd Ali Napiah
Mohd Nazmi has started his career as Executive (Pipeline) under Transmission Operation Division (TOD) (now known as Gas Transportation & Regassification Division), PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB). He has since been delivering optimal engineering solutions for key pipeline projects and initiatives including his appointment as Principal (Pipeline Integrity)/Head of Pipeline, TOD-PGB in October 2008. Subsequently, he was appointed as Custodian (Pipeline Integrity) cum Group Technical Authority, GTS in August 2012; and later as Custodian/Head/GTA (Pipeline), GTS in August 2020.
Mohd Nazmi is instrumental in hands-on and diverse operations and project management in the oil and gas industry, in particular offshore and onshore pipelines. His focus is on pipeline design and integrity management systems as well as key business performance improvements.
On the professional front, he’s Chair of Malaysia’s ISO Standard Technical Committee 67 – Pipeline Transportation, Editorial Board of Pipeline Technology Journal, Advisory Committee of Pipeline Technology Conference and Deputy Leader of Study Group 3 of International Gas Union’s (IGU) Transmission Committee. Within PETRONAS Group, he’s the Advisor of Skill Group 11 – Civil, Structure & Pipeline and Chair of Technology Readiness Level Committee 3 – Transports and Material. He has been active in delivering technical papers worldwide on various topics concerning pipeline integrity, operations and maintenance.
